Paul Andrews is a designer/maker of fine furniture operating a one-man studio in Prince Edward County, Ontario. Specializing in home accents and statement pieces of exceptional quality, Paul builds luxury heirloom furniture by bringing together innovative design and traditional woodworking techniques.
Paul was formally trained in the Craftsman Program at the Inside Passage School of Fine Cabinetmaking in Roberts Creek, British Columbia and in the Nine-Month Comprehensive Program offered at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, Maine. Since that time he has refined the sophisticated approach to design and production that is reflected in the quality of his current work. Influenced by his Scandinavian heritage and incorporating elements of the mid-century modern revival, Paul’s work can now be found in various private collections and galleries. His walnut cabinet pictured below was the winner of the Peoples Choice Award at Woodworks 2014.
